Heathrow Elite Parking is based in a purpose-built, nine-floor multi-storey building
offering 750 secure parking bays. The facility is council-owned, with a five-year lease,
and has been designed to the highest commercial standards.

TRANSFERS
Experienced drivers and efficient shuttle transfers:
5 minutes to Terminal 5,
15 minutes to Terminals 2 & 3.
Arrival Procedure
IMPORTANT. Call Heathrow Elite Parking around 15 – 20 minutes prior to your arrival.
1. Drive to TOTHILL MULTI STOREY car park, Staines.
Upon arrival, customers should look for the Tothill Car Park signage.
After driving up the ramp, they will see closed shutters.
Please note, the shutters remain closed as this is a safe and secure private car park.
Once customers reach the closed shutters, they must call us and our
team will assist them immediately with access and parking arrangements.
2. Meet Our Team.
• A member of our team will greet you on Level 1.
• They will assist you with parking and guide you towards the shuttle service.
3. Shuttle Transfer.
• Board our 9-seater shuttle vehicle.
• You will be transferred directly to your booked Heathrow Terminal (T2, T3, T4, or T5).
4. Drop-off at Departures.
• You will be dropped at the furthest lane away from the terminal in the Departures area.
• This lane is the designated safe and legal drop-off/pick-up point.
Return Procedure
1. On Arrival Back at Heathrow.
• After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, call Elite Parking and proceed to the same furthest lane away from the terminal (Departures area) where you were originally dropped.
2. Shuttle Pick-up.
• Our 9-seater shuttle will meet you there.
• Look out for our branded vehicle and staff member.
3. Return to TOTHILL Car Park.
• You will be transferred back to Tothill Car Park in Staines.
• Collect your vehicle and continue your onward journey.

Car Wash and EV Charging available:
• Car wash and EV charging are optional paid services.
• EV charging is provided using standard Type 2 charging points. The Company does not guarantee a full charge and accepts no responsibility for battery performance or degradation.
• Vehicles must be suitable for automated or manual wash processes.
