These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings accepted by the Compare Your Parking to the exclusion of any other terms.

1. Our Role:

DeltaAirportParking is a platform connecting you to parking operators. We do not own or manage the physical parking lots.

2. Your Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate vehicle and contact info.

  • You must follow all on-site rules and local laws.

  • Parking is for the registered vehicle only—no subletting or illegal use.

3. Payment & Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment and receipt of a confirmation code.

  • Rates are subject to change until the booking is finalized.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: [e.g., Full refund if cancelled 24h prior].

  • No-Shows: No refunds for missed bookings or unused time.

5. Liability

  • Damage/Theft: We are not liable for any theft, vandalism, or damage to your vehicle or belongings.

  • Personal Injury: Use of the parking facility is at your own risk.

  • Availability: While we strive for accuracy, we aren’t liable if a lot is unexpectedly closed or full.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to block users who provide false info, bypass our system, or violate lot rules.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of UK.
